  • - Important!! If you do not receive a travel notification text by 4:00 PM one day before departure, please contact the travel agency.
  • - The age range for children is 6 years and older but under 12 years. (For flight packages, 2 years and older but under 12 years)
  • - Children under 6 years old (under 2 years old for flights) can travel for free but will not be assigned a seat. (If a seat is required, the child fare will be applied.)

  • - The travel package price covers transportation, accommodation, meals, and entrance fees, excluding the travel agency commission (approximately 5–10% of the package price).
  • - According to Korea¡¯s VAT Act Basic Rule 39-0-1, cash receipts can only be issued for the commission amount.

The taxable amount for a travel agency under the Tourism Promotion Act is based on the commission received for travel arrangement services. 
Therefore, input tax related to transportation, accommodation, and meals is not deductible from output tax.


Seat Assignment Guidelines

Seat Assignment Guidelines

  • - Train/flight seats are randomly assigned by the system (specific seat requests such as forward/reverse direction, middle/window seat, front/back assignment are not possible).
  • - Bus seats are assigned in the order of reservation (specific seat requests such as front/back are not allowed).
  • - For joint travel packages or mid-size buses, seats may be unassigned and operated on a free-seating basis.
  • - If only a few seats remain, seats may be assigned separately from your companions.
  • - Cancellation, absence, or refusal to board due to seat issues will be processed according to the cancellation fee policy.
  • - If a passenger threatens the guide or other travelers, or behaves disruptively (e.g., shouting or causing a disturbance) due to seat issues, they may be asked to leave the vehicle, and no refund will be issued.

  • The following cancellation fee policy applies when canceling or changing a reservation after booking.


Cancellation & Change Policy

  • Up to 4 days before departure: 100% refund (Full refund)

  • 3 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee (80% refund)

  • 2 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee (50% refund)

  • 1 day before & on the day of departure: 100% cancellation fee (No refund)

  • If you arrive late or cannot be contacted on the day of travel and miss the departure, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

  • The trip will proceed regardless of weather conditions. (If canceled due to weather, the above cancellation fees will still apply.)

  • Cancellations and changes can only be made via phone during business hours.

    • Business hours: Weekdays 09:00–18:00 (Closed on weekends and public holidays).
    • If cancellation or change requests are made outside of business hours, the cancellation fee will be applied based on the next business day.
